“The resistance that you fight physically in the gym and the resistance that you fight in life can only build a strong character” —Arnold Schwarzenegger
Sweating all of the back and breathing heavily, you can see people like that in every gym of the world. Gym might not be everyone’s favorite, but honestly, it is a huge part of my life. I am a gym person; however, I used to be weak and lazy. The motivation that brought me into gym was that I wanted to train myself to be tougher. Winner nerve quits; quitter never wins.
Sometimes, working out on my own is tough, so I look for a partner. By that, we could set a same goal and encourage each other. Gym could be a community if you are willing to step out and get to know more people. When my partner is missing, I could also exercise by myself, and I do enjoy my personal time.
My body got improved over time, and I am not the weak one that I used to be. I found myself was in love of exercising. The feeling of sweating gives me a sense of accomplishment. Sometimes, I am exhausted from study or other annoying things in life, and working out relieves my tiredness away. Going to gym makes me energetic and firm to what I want to be.
Hopefully, there are more people like me enjoy being in the gym and love working out.
